This Fair Usage Policy forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

Because our Service is free, we must protect the stability and availability of our infrastructure for all users. This Fair Usage Policy explains what we consider fair and acceptable use.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.

2. Resource Limits and Abuse

2.1 Resource Allocation

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise:

  • Applications per account: up to 2 concurrently running applications, with a maximum of 1 website.
  • CPU usage: up to 1 vCPU total across all applications
  • RAM: up to 2 GB total across all applications
  • Storage: up to 2 GB total across all applications, mainly for runtime and logs

2.2 Efficient Use of Resources

Allocations are provided to allow normal application operation, not continuous high-intensity computation. Prolonged sustained max CPU, memory pressure, or bandwidth usage is prohibited, even if the system technically allows it.

Examples of prohibited activity include:

  • Running compute-heavy tasks (AI models, rendering, hashing, OCR, etc.)
  • Sustaining high CPU usage for long periods
  • Generating excessive logs or I/O
  • Misusing our compute as a general-purpose server unrelated to Discord bot or website workloads
  • Excessive API calls or network traffic beyond typical bot or website behavior

We may throttle, restart, or suspend applications violating this guideline.

2.3 Network & Bandwidth

Network resources are shared among all users, as such:

  • Network usage must align with typical Discord bot or website behavior.
  • Excessive bandwidth consumption affecting other users is prohibited.
  • We expect users to take precautions against web abuse (e.g., DDoS, scraping).
  • We may apply rate limiting or other restrictions to manage network load.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to, including but not limited to the followings:

  • Host or distribute malware, ransomware, or other harmful code
  • Conduct DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network abuse
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or run spam applications
  • Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any third party
  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
  • Run cryptomining, password cracking, or similar resource-abusive workloads
  • Host content that is illegal in our operating jurisdiction or your own

We may investigate and take any action we deem appropriate, including suspending or terminating your account, removing content, or reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Inactive Applications and Data Retention

To conserve resources, we may:

  • Stop or remove applications that have been inactive for 30 days
  • Delete logs, temporary files, and other non-essential data after 7 days

We may try, but are not obligated, to send a warning (e.g., email, Discord DM, or dashboard notification) before deleting inactive applications.

5. Enforcement

If we detect usage that breaches this FUP, we may:

  • Throttle or limit specific resources
  • Temporarily suspend one or more of your applications
  • Remove or delete containers, images, or data
  • Terminate your access to the Service in serious or repeated cases

Where practical, we will try to contact you and give you a chance to fix the issue. However, we may take immediate action without notice if necessary to protect the service or comply with law.

6. Contact
